DYA Leadership Program is a unique opportunity for students to gain the confidence and experience needed to succeed in college and beyond. We believe that every student has the potential to lead, and our program is designed to help you unlock it.

Our leadership program goes beyond the classroom, offering hands-on experiences and a supportive community to help you grow. DYA members are role models and leaders in the community that work to promote healthy lifestyles. Our Young Ambassadors help facilitate workshops, community service activities, team building exercises, and conduct meetings with community leaders.

Our five (5) principles of purpose are to elevate girls confidence, inspire leadership, build relationship, master financial stewardship and cultivate entrepreneurship skills through our Womanhood, Sisterhood & Livelihood Experience.
